It happened to us last year.  Have to put locks on your drums and collection tanks.

pick up oil more often,put theft proof containers out there,  get a feel for whos stealing the oil and follow them and make police reports.

There's a company in Tavares, Florida that has developed a theft proof tank. Thieves cant see how much oil is in it and its virtually indestructible without a torch.
